Week 23: Cheddar jalapeños cookies

Cheese and butter, how can it possibly go wrong? And these cookies were delicious. In fact, so good that I really did not want to share. Probably the only thing to take note of is to ensure that it is baked until brown. The first batch I made were a little under baked, just slightly golden. And the texture was more chewy than crumbly. I put those back into the oven, and give it another 5 to 10 minutes, and it was perfect.
